Ski Dubai

• Enjoy a 40-minute Penguin Encounter and observe them up close.
• Choose from either a Slope Pass for experienced skiers/snowboarders or a 60-minute Ski/Snowboard Discovery Lesson.
• Benefit from unlimited access to snow rides and attractions, including Tubing Run, Snow Bumpers, Climbing Wall, Zorb Ball (Giant Ball), Bobsleds, Sliding Hills, Snow Plow Playground, Chairlift, and Mountain Thriller Ride.

Weekdays: 
Monday – Thursday: 10:00 am to 11:00 pm (Last ticket is sold at 09:30 pm)

Fridays: 10:00 am to 12:00 am (Last ticket is sold at 10:30 pm)

Weekends:
Saturday – Sunday: 09:00 am to 12:00 am (Last ticket is sold at 10:30 pm)

• The penguin encounter is for 40 minutes and is available every half an hour from 12:00 pm-9:00 pm.

• Activity 1: Dive into a 2-hour Slope Pass (Experienced skiers or snowboarders; must be at least an intermediate level 2 to access the slope).
• Activity 2: Embark on a 1-hour Discovery Lesson (perfect for first-time skiers or snowboarders).

Restrictions: 

• Some rides such as Mountain Thriller, and Snow Bullet Ride are not recommended for senior citizens, pregnant women, or those with back, neck problems, and medical conditions.
• Guests are not allowed to carry their mobile phones or use the camera inside the penguin encounters.

What to wear: 

• ​You are advised to wear comfortable and warm clothes.
• We also recommend you to carry your own cap.

Child Policy:

• Children 0-2 years are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai for safety reasons.
• Children 3 years and above are allowed to enter Ski Dubai with parents/adults.
• Children under 13 years of age must wear helmets at all times and must be supervised by an adult of 16 years.
• The minimum age for Ski lessons is 3 years and 8 years for Snowboard lessons.
• For Giant Ball, the minimum height required for children is 1.0 metres.
• For Mountain Thriller, the minimum height for children is 1.2 metres.
• For the Snow Bullet Ride, children 8 years old and above or children with a minimum height of 1.20 m are allowed. Children must be accompanied by adults. The minimum weight required for this ride is 30 kg and the maximum is 120 kg.
• For Slope, the minimum requirements without an instructor are at least Intermediate Level 2 for health and safety reasons.

Things to note:

• We recommend that you make a booking in advance.
• If you decide to experience the 1-hour discovery lesson, please note that the package offers a group experience for age group categories -3 to 6 years old, 7 to 13 years old, and adults.
• Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
• Please note: Customers are not able to take their own photographs for the safety of our penguins.

By car: Ski Dubai is located in The Mall of the Emirates, which is easily accessible by car. You can park the car in the mall’s parking.

By public transportation: The mall is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the Mall of the Emirates station and access the mall directly.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the mall from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
